Rod and Stevie rocked the night away!!
I was excited to hear Stevie sing some of her own signature songs without the Mac, as I had never seen her like that before. The lady still has an amazing voice and she is breathtakingly beautiful. How does she do that at 62?!?!??! I was not disappointed!! I took my young-adult daughter with me to the show and she was a little unsure if she'd like the show because she doesn't listen to Stevie or Million Dollar Quartet. She came away with a mission to borrow all of my Stevie cds!! She's hooked!
It was my first time seeing Million Dollar Quartet, and again, not disappointed!! His voice is still in exceptional form, and can he ever move around that stage!!! And kicking soccer balls clear up into the balconies!!! Amazing!!! His band is incredible and add even more fun to the show. The stage set was the best I've ever seen, loved the background images!!
At first, the duets between Million Dollar Quartet and Stevie seemed a little awkward, but then they seemed to find their groove. Wanted to see them do a few more!
